In his latest mock draft, ESPN insider Chad Ford suggests the Raptors should chase after a bench player who can get hot in a hurry in case Lou Williams departs the team in free agency.
A key candidate, Ford says, is UNLV product Rashad Vaughn, who is trending up after dominating in recent workouts.
If that doesn't pan out, "Jerian Grant, Delon Wright and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson ... are other players who could fit for Toronto," according to Ford.
With that in mind, Wednesday was an important day for the Raptors, as both Grant and Hollis-Jefferson visited the organization for workouts.
Here was the full list of attendees for Toronto's first pre-draft session:
The team has another pre-draft workout planned for next Wednesday, followed by two free agent camps, and finally one last pre-draft workout on June 13.
