Andrews, out of the University of Washington, averaged career highs of 20.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists as a senior last season.

Sulaimon, out of Maryland, averaged 11.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists as a senior last season.

The Hornets now have 18 players under contract, and the two new additions will likely be waived late in the preseason, so Charlotte can designate them to its D-League team, the Greensboro Swarm.
