The national spotlight will once again be shining brightly on Michigan State as it looks for both revenge and a marquee victory to add to its playoff résumé.
Oregon won't be the only high-profile visitor the Spartans host for next week's primetime showdown, as ESPN's College GameDay announced late on Saturday that it would broadcast live from East Lansing next weekend. The matchup features two top-10 teams and figures to have a lasting impact on the national-title race.
East Lansing, we're coming. You ready @MSU_Football and @GoDucks?

The Spartans were far from flawless in their season opener on Friday night, but they still won comfortably at Western Michigan to set the stage for Week 2. Similarly, Oregon's defense gave up plenty of points but still won without much drama over Eastern Washington in a tuneup for the home-and-home series next week. Oregon won at home 46-27 a year ago.
A loss, of course, wouldn't rule either program out of the race for the College Football Playoff. But a signature win early could be invaluable down the stretch, and there will be no shortage of attention on the Spartans and Ducks as they try to claim that victory next weekend.
