Jamie Collins' PAT block a jaw-dropping play worthy of revisiting

INDIANAPOLIS -- There are certain plays that happen each week in the NFL that require another look. Sometimes multiple looks.

New England Patriots linebacker Jamie Collins' block of Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri's point-after-attempt late in the fourth quarter Sunday night certainly qualifies.

How did he do it?

Collins perfectly timed his rush over snapper Matt Overton and guard Todd Herremans -- clearing them completely -- before easily blocking the attempt.

"The Colts' field-goal protection, they try to get real low and protect those guys from not getting knocked out of there by the defensive linemen," coach Bill Belichick explained. "I thought we had an opportunity to go over the top of them, and Jamie did and made a great play on it."
