A look at the New Orleans Saints' snap counts in their 27-10 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11:
OFFENSE (71 snaps)
Quarterback -- Drew Brees 71
Running back -- Mark Ingram 53, Travaris Cadet 15, Brian Leonard 1
Fullback -- Erik Lorig 11
Receiver -- Marques Colston 56, Brandin Cooks 52, Kenny Stills 40, Joe Morgan 20
Tight end -- Jimmy Graham 54, Benjamin Watson 35, Josh Hill 18
Offensive tackle -- Terron Armstead 71, Bryce Harris 52, Zach Strief 19
Guard -- Jahri Evans 71, Ben Grubbs 71
Center -- Jonathan Goodwin 71
Thoughts: Strief left the game early with a concussion. The severity is unknown, but he'll be missed if he's out another week. Without having finished the tape review yet, it appeared as though Harris had at least a couple stumbles as Strief's replacement. … Morgan finally caught his first pass of the season, a 7-yarder, on his only target. He probably spent about half of his snaps as a blocker, but his role in the offense should increase in the wake of Cooks' thumb injury. … Leonard caught a 15-yard pass on his only snap of the game after being signed earlier in the week.
DEFENSE (61 snaps)
Cornerback -- Corey White 59, Patrick Robinson 51, Brian Dixon 16, Keenan Lewis 10
Safety -- Kenny Vaccaro 61, Rafael Bush 55, Marcus Ball 12
Outside linebacker -- Junior Galette 51, Parys Haralson 41, Kasim Edebali 14
Inside linebacker -- Curtis Lofton 60, David Hawthorne 60, Ramon Humber 7, Kyle Knox 1
Defensive end -- Cameron Jordan 58, Akiem Hicks 37, Tyrunn Walker 12
Defensive tackle -- John Jenkins 30, Brodrick Bunkley 22, Brandon Deaderick 14
Thoughts: Lewis played only 10 snaps (I originally reported 11). Regardless, he admitted that his knee injury hadn't healed as dully as he hoped -- and he said the Bengals went after him as a result. … Bush left late in the game with a fractured leg. Ball replaced him in the short term, but the Saints' long-term plan remains a mystery. … Meanwhile, Hawthorne returned from his own ankle injury and wasn't held back, playing all but one snap.
