Tom Coughlin's 12-year run as head coach of the New York Giants is over. Here are some highlights and lowlights of a tenure that included two Super Bowl championships but ended with three consecutive losing seasons.

His previous stop was Jacksonville, where the Jaguars were 68-60 on his watch. Manning would start 181 games for Coughlin, the third most for a QB-coach combo in NFL history. AP Photo/Bill Kostroun Tiki Barber was already a quality back when Coughlin arrived. But he had a fumbling problem, so Coughlin's staff insisted Barber carry the ball "high and tight." In three years playing for Coughlin, Barber rushed for 5,040 yards with just nine fumbles.
