Brook Lopez had one of his worst games of the season, scoring six points on 2-for-7 shooting in the Brooklyn Nets' 89-81 loss to the Boston Celtics Wednesday night at Barclays Center.
Lopez was averaging 18.8 points and 7.8 rebounds in his previous five games.
The Nets (16-19) have now lost three games in a row, and dropped to 14-5 against sub-.500 opponents. They shot 40.5 percent from the field.
Deron Williams re-aggravated his sore left side after a four-minute stint off the bench and went back to the locker room.
Player of the game: Avery Bradley had 21 points.
Stat of the game: The Nets had eight of their 17 turnovers in the second quarter. They scored only 14 points in the frame.
Play of the game: Mason Plumlee's behind-the-back pass to Kevin Garnett for a layup in the first half.
