Good news for Dee Milliner, Calvin Pryor

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Here's a switch: Positive news for the New York Jets' secondary.

Cornerback Dee Milliner (strained quadriceps) and safety Calvin Pryor (bruised thigh) practiced fully Thursday, a clear indication they will be ready to face Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers' potent offense.

The question with Milliner, who has missed the last two games, is how much he will play. The last time he came back from an injury -- Week 2, a high-ankle sprain -- he aggravated it and was forced to miss a game. They tried to limit his snaps in that game, and it still backfired.

Rex Ryan was evasive when asked if Milliner will return to his starting role. It sure sounds like he will stick with Antonio Allen and Darrin Walls as the starters, working Milliner into a rotation.

"I think he's definitely going to play," Ryan said. "How much, I'm not real sure yet."
