Ex-Jets QB Matt Flynn maintains his spirits after another lost chance

Say this for old friend Matt Flynn: He knows how to handle rejection.

The well-traveled quarterback, he of the famous Bloody Mary tweet after being released by the New York Jets on the final roster cutdown, ordered another drink for the road after being sent home Tuesday by the Dallas Cowboys. Flynn was one of a handful of free agents who worked out for the Cowboys, who were in the quarterback market because of Tony Romo's injury. Flynn didn't get the gig, as the Cowboys traded for Matt Cassel.

Oh, well. Before flying home, Flynn ordered a Margarita and tweeted a photo. When in Rome ...

This probably won't be his last tryout, which raises so many tasty possibilities. Imagine: How about a Mojito in Miami? Or a Lynchburg Lemonade in Tennessee?
