On Thursday, the NBA released its final regular-season jersey sales numbers, based on purchases on NBA.com and at the NBA Store in New York City, and Jeremy Lin placed second on the list. The first was Bulls All-Star point guard Derrick Rose.
For the Knicks, Carmelo Anthony was fifth, Amare Stoudemire was eleventh and the Knicks overall as a team placed second, after the Bulls.
Lin's breakout season propelled him to the most popular jersey spot for February and March. The Knicks advanced two spots from 2010-11 to No. 2 on this season's team list.
