Friday's Mets-Cardinals lineups

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Here are the lineups for Friday's 1:10 p.m. ET Grapefruit League game between the New York Mets and St. Louis Cardinals at Tradition Field (ESPN/SNY).

Ruben Tejada, released by the Mets, will start at shortstop for the Cardinals.

Wilmer Flores will start at first base for the first time in a Grapefruit League game. Flores has never appeared in a major league game at first base, but he has appeared in 20 minor league games at the position. Lucas Duda should be the full-time first baseman, including against southpaws, but Flores could see some time there against difficult left-handers.
