          PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Jenrry Mejia will be idle for another two weeks before being allowed to resume throwing a baseball.

          Mejia was diagnosed with forearm tendinitis, the Mets announced. He was examined by team doctors in New York.

          Pitching coach Dan Warthen had thought Mejia had discovered his cutter during a March 11 appearance against the Detroit Tigers, but Mejia has been unable to pitch since.
