UPDATE: Gibbs returning to Pitt

*UPDATE: According to ESPN.com's Andy Katz, Ashton Gibbs has taken his name out of the 2011 NBA Draft and will return to Pittsburgh for his senior season.

Ashton Gibbs' dream is to play in the NBA.

The Scotch Plains, N.J. native just didn't know if he'll be able to realize it this season.

Gibbs, who just wrapped up his junior season at Pittsburgh, said it's "50-50" as to whether or not he'll entered the 2011 NBA Draft.

"I'm going to sit down with my family and go from there," said Gibbs, who worked out on Saturday morning in front of 27 teams at the inaugural New Jersey Pre-Draft Combine in East Rutherford. "It won't be a sleepless night. It'll be a happy decision."

Gibbs, who has not yet hired an agent, has until Sunday at midnight to make his decision. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 16.8 points last season, but isn't among the top 30 players in ESPN.com draft guru Chad Ford's first mock draft. In fact, he isn't among the top 60 in any reputable mock draft site.

"I'm 50-50 right now. I have great teammates and coaches [at Pitt]," Gibbs said. "I won't be mad if I went back."

Chances are, he'll be coming back to Pitt.
