OAKLAND, Calif. -- One of the perks of the Mariano Rivera retirement tour is that the Yankees 43-year-old, Cooperstown-bound closer gets stuff at every road ballpark. Cool stuff.

Today was no exception as the Oakland A's presented Mo with a surfboard emblazoned with his number, 42, and the logos of both the Yankees and the A's.

The club also presented him with a check for $10,042 made out to the Mariano Rivera foundation.

The presentation was made by A's manager Bob Melvin and team president Mike Crowley in a pregame ceremony at home plate.
