          DETROIT -- Let's get some early, early pregame field reports from ESPN's Suzy Kolber and Rachel Nichols.

          Kolber reports the Detroit Lions "have a plan" to contain Chicago Bears defensive end Julius Peppers, who has nine sacks in six career games against them.

          And according to Nichols, Chicago Bears coach Lovie Smith has "challenged" his team to demonstrate its identity in Monday night's game.
