          Let’s take a look at some statistical superlatives on the New Orleans Saints from Sunday’s victory against the Tennessee Titans:

          • Drew Brees passed for 337 yards. That gives him 10 300-yard games this year, which ties the NFL single-season record. Brees had 10 300-yard games in 2008 and Rich Gannon accomplished that in 2002.

          • Brees has thrown for at least 300 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in each of his last four games.

          • Marques Colston caught two touchdown passes after being held without a touchdown catch in his previous five games. Colston never has been known as a deep threat, but both of his touchdowns came on passes that traveled more than 21 yards downfield. Entering Sunday’s game, Colston had only two touchdowns on passes of that distance since the start of the 2010 season.
