SEATTLE -- Observed and heard in the Seattle Seahawks' locker room after their 20-6 victory over the St. Louis Rams on Sunday:
Coach Pete Carroll: “All you guys said we couldn’t do this. We just did. We’re back as division champs. If somebody is going to get us, they’re going to have to play some good ball.”
Marshawn Lynch’s new response to every question Sunday: “Why do y’all keep doing this every week?”
Nickelback Jeremy Lane on whether the Seahawks are better than a year ago: “I think so because we’ve had to go through more adversity.”
Receiver Doug Baldwin on the feeling this year, compared to last year: “It’s sweeter because of the way we came together and trusted each other.”
