Looks like we've got some news on the horizon.
The St. Louis Rams have scheduled a 2 p.m. ET news conference featuring coach Steve Spagnuolo. I'm expecting Spagnuolo to announce Sam Bradford as the team's starting quarterback.
Meanwhile, the Arizona Cardinals have scheduled a 3 p.m. ET news conference featuring Ken Whisenhunt. The team says Whisenhunt will discuss the moves made to trim from 56 to 53 players. I'm expecting Whisenhunt to announce Max Hall as the team's No. 2 quarterback behind Derek Anderson. It's just tough to envision Matt Leinart fitting after recent events.
Spagnuolo and Whisenhunt will likely remove any lingering doubt in the very near future.
