Seahawks take back seat at ESPYs

The ESPYs seating chart might have provided the highlight for Seattle on Wednesday night, as quarterback Matt Hasselbeck noted via Twitter.

After lining up behind centers Robbie Tobeck and Chris Spencer for much of the last decade, Hasselbeck tweeted a photo showing his seat situated directly behind one for Paris Hilton.

One more NFC West note on the ESPY Awards from Wednesday night: Arian Foster of the Houston Texans beat out the Seattle Seahawks' Leon Washington, among others, for NFL's Strongest Performance.

Foster's 231-yard, three-touchdown performance against Indianapolis in Week 1 beat Washington's showing against San Diego. Washington scored twice on kickoff returns in that game.

Washington wasn't alone among teammates Wednesday night. Marshawn Lynch's 67-yard scoring run against New Orleans fell short against Abby Wambach's header goal for Best Play, while the Seahawks' playoff victory over the Saints fell short among biggest upsets, won by VCU for its NCAA Tournament victory over Kansas.
