ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills Wide receivers Sammy Watkins (glute) and Robert Woods (hip) aren't expected to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, coach Rex Ryan said Thursday.

Watkins rehabbed his injury with the Bills' strength and conditioning staff during Thursday's practice, while Woods went through individual drills when reporters were present.

Ryan also was unsure on the status of receiver Percy Harvin (hip) and running backs Bryce Brown (hamstring) and Boobie Dixon (calf), all of whom were practicing when reporters were present Thursday.

"We'll probably err on the side of caution, but it was good to have those guys out there," Ryan said.
