Want to bail out an NHL mascot? Just buy a few Atlanta Thrashers tickets

Hey, Atlanta Thrashers fans, how much compassion do have?

The team's mascot, Thrash, is being held captive ... um, wait, the team is saying Thrash was "arrested" following "a low-speed pursuit on a stolen Zamboni." The terms of his release?

"Thrash has been arraigned at the Gwinnett County Court House and will remain in custody until an additional 5,000 tickets have been sold across the remaining home games in the month of December."

The team posted more information on its Web site on how fans can help bail out Thrash.
