Eric Olsen shares Junior Seau memory

Tributes and memories could be found everywhere Wednesday after the sudden passing of former NFL star Junior Seau. But none may have picked up as much steam virally as that of former Notre Dame offensive lineman Eric Olsen.

Doesn't seem like much but it meant a lot to me. Sorry for the essay just had to share. RIP Junior I'll never forget what you did for me.

Thoughts like that from those who knew Seau -- and those who didn't, too -- exemplified the grief surrounding the football community. The small memory that Olsen shared seemed to embody the overall sentiment.
