Oregon gets four-star receiver

Oregon recruiting continues to surge.

The Ducks received a commitment this weekend from four-star wide receiver B.J. Kelley of Central East (Fresno, Calif.). The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Kelley had 51 receptions for 1,223 yards and 17 touchdowns this season.

ESPN's Tom Luginbill on Kelly: "As we have said in our report we feel Oregon is benefiting by obtaining a guy in Kelley that some other BCS schools should have been paying closer attention to. He just does a lot of things well and is a good football player overall. Considering his size, he is not just a redzone jump ball target, but also a guy that can make things happen after the catch and stretch the field a bit as an outside threat. With this class and the addition of Kelley, Oregon is really upgrading their offensive skill."

Kelly was also recruited by Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, Eastern Michigan, Fresno State, Idaho, Northwestern, Oregon State, San Diego State and Washington State.

The Ducks have 22 commitments from a class that could end up ranked among the top 15 in the nation.
