Grateful for the opportunity. We will be back. #GoHawks— Russell Wilson (@DangeRussWilson) January 17, 2016
Wilson completed 10 of 17 passes for 111 yards and a pair of interceptions in the first half during the Seahawks' 31-24 loss against the Carolina Panthers. But in the second half, he led a valiant comeback, going 21-of-31 for 255 yards and three touchdowns, with no interceptions. The Seahawks scored on four of their final five possessions.
In the end, though, it wasn't enough. Still, at the age of 27, Wilson turned in the best season of his career, and he continues to develop as a passer. There will be changes in the offseason, but Wilson will continue to lead the Seahawks' offense for years to come.
