For the 2nd straight year, Geoff Ogilvy wins the first event of the PGA Tour season. Ogilvy shoots a final round 6-under 67 to finish at 22-under, one shot ahead of runner-up Rory Sabbatini. It's Ogilvy's 7th career PGA Tour win. Ogilvy is the first back-to-back winner in this event since fellow Australian Stuart Appleby won 3 straight from 2004-06. Sabbatini shot a 10-under 63 Sunday, the best round of the tournament by 2 shots. It's his 2nd runner-up finish in this event. He finished a shot behind Jim Furyk in 2001. Lucas Glover, who held the lead after 18, 36, and 54 holes, shoots a 3-over 76 on Sunday and finishes T-14th.
