Rams quarterback Case Keenum still in concussion protocol

EARTH CITY, Mo. -- The St. Louis Rams are now in their second week with uncertainty surrounding the starting quarterback position.

According to coach Jeff Fisher, quarterback Case Keenum is still in the concussion protocol and was limited in Wednesday's practice. Nick Foles, who started in Keenum's place last week against Cincinnati, took most of the repetitions with the first team offense.

Fisher previously said that Keenum would return to the starting job once he clears the concussion protocol. That could still happen this week as the Rams are scheduled to practice again on Thursday and Friday.

Elsewhere on the injury report, the Rams got some progress from right tackle Rob Havenstein, who has been battling a calf injury. He's listed as a full participant for Wednesday's practice.

Here's the full injury report from Wednesday:

Did not participate: DE Robert Quinn (back), OT Andrew Donnal (knee), CB Trumaine Johnson (thigh), K Greg Zuerlein (groin).

Limited participation: QB Case Keenum (concussion).

Full participation: OT Rob Havenstein (calf).
