Chargers stay classy with win over Broncos

RiversAfter trailing 7-0 to the Denver Broncos on Monday, the San Diego Chargers scored 35 straight points to cruise to a 35-14 win. It was the Chargers' third straight win after a 2-5 start.

San Diego's offense put up 400 yards, while its defense held Denver to just 235. The Chargers lead the league averaging 418.2 yards per game while allowing a league-low 270.7 yards per game. It's the sixth time this season that the Chargers have totaled 400 or more yards and allowed fewer than 300 yards in a game this season.

Philip Rivers completed all but nine passes (15-for-24) for 233 yards and four touchdowns with one interception. It was his 23rd straight game with at least one passing touchdown. Rivers has thrown for 18 touchdowns in 10 career games against Denver, his most touchdowns vs any team.
