NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Football Outsiders projects the Tennessee Titans to be 6-10 in 2015, which would land them fourth in the draft order.
ESPN’s Todd McShay jokes about doing a 2016 mock draft less than a week after the 2015 draft. But he also mentions how well read it is.
At No. 4 at this point McShay has the Titans taking Laremy Tunsil, an offensive tackle from Ole Miss. Tunsil is the first offensive player off the board who is not a quarterback.
The Titans have lined up a camp battle between third-round pick Jeremiah Poutasi and free-agent addition Byron Bell for their open right tackle job.
Ideally, Poutasi will win it and prove a solid player who can improve, and offensive tackle won’t rate as a need no matter where they are drafting in a year.
