Titans get their offseason grade from ESPN Insiders

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- ESPN NFL Insider Mike Sando gathered opinions from several colleagues as he doled out offseason gradesInsider to every team in the NFL.

The Tennessee Titans get a B-minus.

Bill Polian thinks if they fit the offense to Marcus Mariota that Bishop Sankey will become a more effective back. He also says tight end was not a strength last season but that it was largely on the quarterbacks.

Delanie Walker, however, was the Titans' best offensive player. Tight end beyond that was a trouble spot, as Craig Stevens (fives games) and Taylor Thompson (three games) were lost to injuries. The team played Brett Brackett (who also finished on IR), Chase Coffman and Matthew Mulligan over the course of the season.

Now the Titans have Stevens and Thompson back healthy to go with Walker, and they also added veteran Anthony Fasano.

Fifteen teams got a better grade than Tennessee.
