Jason Kottke noticed something sad and amazing about what might be the single greatest play involving Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal working together. Watch what happens just after Bryant throws the lob that O'Neal dunks to cap the comeback that propelled the Lakers to the 2000 Finals:
O'Neal throws it down and the camera follows him as he heads down the court yelling in celebration, totally blowing right past Kobe, who has his hand out to high-five Shaq. Kobe half-heartedly grabs at O'Neal's forearm as he passes; Shaq doesn't even notice.
