Albert Haynesworth ill, misses practice

New England Patriots defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth did not participate in Saturday's practice session due to illness and is one of 12 players listed as questionable for Monday's season-opener against the Miami Dolphins.

Offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer was the only other player absent Saturday and is likewise questionable with a back injury.

Cornerback Leigh Bodden (hand) and receiver Julian Edelman (hand) are listed as probable and participated fully in practice for the third straight day.

In addition to Haynesworth and Vollmer, the list of questionables includes DE Mark Anderson (knee),
CB Kyle Arrington (hip),
OL Dan Connolly (foot),
LB Jermaine Cunningham (groin),
LB Dane Fletcher (hand),
WR Taylor Price (hamstring),
RB Stevan Ridley (ankle),
LB Jeff Tarpinian (knee),
RB Shane Vereen (hamstring), DL Myron Prior (groin) and
OL Ryan Wendell (calf).
