ESPN 1000, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, announced a revamped lineup Tuesday with "The Waddle & Silvy Show" moving to afternoons and "The Carmen & Jurko Show" switching to middays.
The moves will take effect April 1.
Carmen DeFalco and John "Jurko" Jurkovic will move to the 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (CT) slot, leading into Tom Waddle and Marc "Silvy" Silverman from 2 to 6.
"Mike and Mike in the Morning continue to kick off the day for ESPN Chicago, and the full-day lineup includes a supporting cast that is unparalleled," ESPN 1000 general manager John Cravens said in a statement. "As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, we continue to offer the best of national and local sports talk to our fans."
"Mike & Mike in the Morning" will now be followed by the addition of Colin Cowherd's "The Herd" from 9 to 10 a.m.
"Serving Chicago sports fans anytime, anywhere continues to be our primary goal," said Mo Davenport, senior vice president of ESPN Audio. "Our fans have the opportunity to listen to and interact with outstanding national and local personalities on air and online. With multiple platforms available, they have access to all of our shows and talent however and wherever they are."
