Classic Troy Aikman


ESPN Classic will present Classic Troy Aikman on Friday, April 13 at 9 p.m. ET. Pam Ward will host ESPN Classic's two-hour look back at some of the greatest moments in the three-time Super Bowl winner's career. The tribute will also highlight the Dallas teams Aikman led to dominance in the 1990s. Here is Friday's schedule:

  • 9 p.m. - Super Bowl XXVII Highlights: Cowboys vs. Bills
    Troy Aikman threw four touchdown passes as Dallas blasted the Bills, 52-17. Aikman hit 22 of 30 passes for 273 yards. He was named the MVP.

  • 9:40 p.m. - Super Bowl XXVIII Highlights: Cowboys vs. Bills
    Dallas won its second consecutive Super Bowl against the Bills. Aikman's 207 yards passing helped the Cowboys claim a 30-13 win. The victory gave Dallas its fourth Super Bowl win, tying them (at that time) with Pittsburgh and San Francisco for the most wins.

  • 10:20 p.m. - Super Bowl XXX Highlights: Cowboys vs. Steelers
    Troy Aikman ran his Super Bowl record to 3-0 in the Cowboys 27-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Aikman hit 15 of 23 for 209 yards and one touchdown.
