Classic Wisconsin
Saturday, Sept. 21
Noon - 7 p.m. ET

Noon - 1994 Rose Bowl: Wisconsin vs. UCLA
Tailback Brent Moss (36 carries, 158 yards) scored two touchdowns and Darrell Bevell's 21-yard scamper in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference as Wisconsin completed its best season in 92 years, winning its first Rose Bowl, 21-16. It was Wisconsin's first trip to the Rose Bowl since 1963, when it lost to Southern Cal. 42-37. Wisconsin's defense was key, as Wayne Cook was sacked four times. The defense forced five fumbles and intercepted a pass. Wide receiver J.J. Stokes caught a Rose Bowl -- and UCLA-record 14 passes, but it was not enough to stop Wisconsin.

2 p.m. - 1999 Rose Bowl: Wisconsin vs. UCLA
Ron Dayne ran for 246 yards and a record-tying four touchdowns as the ninth-ranked Badgers left little doubt which team was more excited to be in the Rose Bowl, downing No. 6 UCLA, 38-31. Dayne, showing power up the middle and speed in the open field, carried 27 times and scored on runs of 54, 7, 10 and 22 yards to lead Wisconsin to its first 11-victory season.
Vince Lombardi
Vince Lombardi's Packers dominated the NFL in the 1960s.
He finished one yard short of Charles White's Rose Bowl rushing record when Badgers quarterback Mike Samuel dropped to one knee three times to run out the clock at the end.

4 p.m. - Super Bowl I Film: Packers vs. Chiefs
Bart Starr and the Packers break the game open with three second half TDs as Green Bay wins the first Super Bowl, 35-10, over KC. Max McGee caught seven from Starr for 138 yards and two touchdowns. Elijah Pitts ran for two other scores.

4:30 p.m. - Super Bowl II Film: Packers vs. Oakland Raiders
Bart Starr, named MVP for the second straight season, completed 13 of 24 passes for 202 yards and one touchdown as the Packers routed Oakland, 33-14. It marked the final game for Vince Lombardi as Packers coach. Don Chandler kicked four field goals and Herb Adderley had a 60-yard interception return.

5 p.m. - SportsCentury: Vince Lombardi
Vince Lombardi led the Packers to five championships, including a stretch of three straight from 1965-67. "Winning isn't everything, it's the only thing," became synonymous with the name Vince Lombardi. In Lombardi's nine seasons, the team went 98-30-4, including 9-1 in the postseason. "He was always raising the bar," quarterback Bart Starr said.

Brett Favre
In 1996, Brett Favre led the Packers to their first Super Bowl title in 29 years.
6 p.m. - Super Bowl XXXI Film: Packers vs. Patriots
MVP Desmond Howard returned a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown and Brett Favre (14-for-27, 246 yards) passed for two scores and ran for another as the Packers downed the Patriots, 35-21. Howard's 244 total return yards matched a Super Bowl record. Antonio Freeman caught a Super Bowl-record 81-yard touchdown bomb from Favre in the first minute of the second quarter.

6:30 p.m. - SportsCentury: Brett Favre
Known more for his daring style, Brett Favre owns NFL records for having six seasons with at least 30 touchdown passes and 157 consecutive starts at quarterback. The longtime Green Bay Packer -- the only NFL player to be voted MVP three times by the Associated Press -- he became the first player in NFL history to have 10 consecutive 3,000-yard passing seasons in 2001. He also extended his record of throwing 30 touchdown passes in a season to six. Besides Favre, only Dan Marino, with four, has more than two.
