Gradishar led Orange Crush defense


Randy Gradishar, an All-American linebacker from Ohio State, was the first-round pick of the Denver Broncos in the 1974 draft. Gradishar was a seven-time Pro Bowler, the most by any Bronco at the time of his retirement in 1983. He is also Denver's all-time leader in tackles with 2,049. Gradishar never missed a game, playing in 145 in a row. He accounted for 33 turnovers in his career (20 INTs and 13 fumble recoveries). Gradishar recored 79 career sacks, placing him second to Simon Fletcher (97.5) on Denver's all time list.
