Ex-Badger WR Randle El charged in homicides

Marcus Randle El, a wide receiver for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2004 to 2007, surrendered to Chicago police on Saturday and was charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in connection with two deaths in Janesville, Wisconsin.
