It is a day for crossing the line, some into wrong behavior, such as the Notre Dame Fainting Irish, or the on-field mugging of Drake star Johnny Bright. There are charges of brutality at Alabama that indirectly lead to charges of something worse. There's a player running off the sideline to make a tackle, and players hurtling onto a sideline only to get punched by an iconic coach. And there is Reggie Bush crossing the line -- the one that defines the laws of physics, if not gravity.
