Fans will get a chance to watch 2023 quarterback Arch Manning, the nephew of Peyton and Eli and the son of Cooper, when his Newman (Louisiana) team takes on Berkeley Prep (Florida) on Friday at 9 p.m. ET on ESPNU.

Manning is the No. 2 prospect in the 2023 class and the top quarterback. He has already gotten his recruiting process under way, visiting Georgia, Alabama and Texas, with Ole Miss and Clemson still in the plans.

He is keeping everything close to the vest, and Cooper said Arch hasn't narrowed down his decision just yet because things can change so much in college football.

This week's recruiting notebook identifies some factors for each program that may appeal to Manning, top prospects in the 2022 cycle who made commitments and teams that can fix holes with their recruiting classes.
