Pittsburgh wide receiver T.J. Porter and defensive lineman Tommie Duhart, who were each suspended for spring practice, will not return to the program, coach Dave Wannstedt announced Thursday.
Both would have been seniors this season. Porter was charged with DUI in February, his second such offense in less than a year.
Porter was the Panthers' third-leading receiver last season, catching 25 passes for 357 yards but no touchdowns, and led the team in receiving in 2007.
Duhart, a 6-foot-4, 290-pound former junior college transfer, started three games in his career. He was in and out of Wannstedt's doghouse last year.
