Boston College QB Jurkovec gets transfer waiver

Source: Ex-BC QB Brown to transfer to Oregon

Anthony Brown, who started portions of the past three seasons at Boston College, passing for 4,738 yards and 40 touchdowns, will be a graduate transfer at Oregon, a source told ESPN, and will have one season of eligibility with the Ducks.
