Five great college power hitters
1. Brett Wallace, 3B, Arizona St. University: He's listed at 6'1, 245 pounds and this kid can flat out rake for the No. 1 team in the country.

Pedro Alvarez, 3B, Vanderbilt: The 6'2, 225 pounder is a great combination of agility and power. His Commodore team is thriving right now with an 18-6 record despite Alvarez still being out with a broken bone in his right hand.
3. Ike Davis, 1B, Arizona State: This rangy first baseman has power to all fields.
4. Jared Clark, 1B, Cal State Fullerton: This kid is a big strong first baseman. He's a light tower of power as evidenced by his three homers, 10 doubles and 22 RBIs.
5. Logan Forsythe, 3B, University of Arkansas: This kid has tremendous bat speed and is a very athletic third baseman for the Razorbacks.
Up and Coming Sophomore
Dillon Baird, 3B, University of Arizona: Baird is a young, powerful third baseman in the mold of a young Jim Thome.
