The countdown is now completed, baby! I've been unveiling my Super Six preseason All-America teams, and it's time to announce the first team. Yes, injuries or eligibility issues could occur along the way, but I expect these players to dominate during the 2002-03 basketball season.

Whenever picking an All-Rolls Royce or All-America team, I've always felt you should tab a team that could compete on the court. You must have balance, with scorers, inside players and perimeter shooters. The team should have all the positions covered.
For those who scream that the college game will suffer with Jay Williams, Caron Butler and others leaving early, remember what my buddy Dave Gavitt said a long time ago: The NBA is about the name on the back of the jersey, while the college game is about the name on the front.
There will be excitement, enthusiasm and energy galore this season. It gets my blood pumping and my heart racing just thinking about another college campaign featuring these Rolls Roycers:
