Lane Kiffin is easily worth $4 million
Lane Kiffin's meteoric rise in the football coaching ranks is well documented. At age 35, he's the head coach at USC -- after serving in the same capacity with the University of Tennessee and the Oakland Raiders.
Now comes a report on HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel" that Kiffin makes $4 million annually, a figure comparable to the salaries of Texas' Mack Brown, Alabama's Nick Saban, Florida's Urban Meyer, LSU's Les Miles and Oklahoma's Bob Stoops. Although a USC source refutes the report, Page 2 thinks Kiffin would be a bargain at $4 million per year.
Why? Because our dubious network of sources has uncovered the incredibly persuasive PowerPoint presentation agent Jimmy Sexton used to sell USC on Kiffin.
