Jubilee's players might be in only eighth and ninth grades, but he says he teaches young men like his son, quarterback Lendell Singleton (left), and fullback Cornell Sparkman to practice like the pros. "Kids today want to be special, but instead of working hard to be successful, they want to tell you they're the best," the coach says. "They don't want to do the grind work. That's what I'm trying to bring to them. I want to teach them to want to be leaders."
