When you're as big as Prince Fielder, you can't just stick to the same workout routine everyone else does. It's all well and good to stick to the big three (deadlifts, bench presses and squats), but you've got to mix things up a bit.
Back in spring training, Prince decided to involve his teammates in his preseason prep -- specifically, one of the brothers named Rougned Odor (yes, the Rangers have two players in their organization named Rougned Odor):
