The U.S. Women's Open gets underway today in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and the players found their own ways to get in the zone before the tournament began. You know, like pickleball and hitting golf balls with a tennis racket.
Dewi Schreefel uses pickleball -- which sadly is a sport that doesn't include food, despite the name -- as a stress reliever before tournaments, and she even showed ESPN's Michael Collins how to play this week.
And if you think that's a different strategy for preparing for one of the biggest events of the year, USA Today's Luke Kerr-Dineen found Lala Anai at the driving range hitting balls with a tennis racket. So that's not weird or anything.
Do what you got to do, ladies.
