Roc Nation is venturing into the world of esports by signing Mosaad "Msdossary" Al-Dossary to a contract, the sports management division of the agency announced Wednesday.

Msdossary became the second player from Saudi Arabia to win the FIFA eWorld Cup in 2018 when he defeated Belgium's Stefano Pinna 4-0 on aggregate to earn a $250,000 cash prize.

The 19-year-old Msdossary's bid for a repeat was denied by Germany's Mohammed "Mo Auba" Harkous, who won 3-2 on aggregate in the two-match final on Aug. 4.

Msdossary, who was also named 2018 eSports Player of the Year, is also the lone person in FIFA's history to have captured consecutive Xbox world championships.

"Mosaad has had incredible success in the FIFA and eSports world, and Roc Nation is proud to work beside him as his career continues to flourish," said Michael Yormark, president of Roc Nation Sports International.

"Mosaad is the perfect fit to be our first eSports client -- he brings the same drive and hunger for success to his sport that all of our athletes carry."

Msdossary joins soccer players Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munich), Romelu Lukaku (Inter Milan), Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City), Eric Bailly (Manchester United), Axel Witsel (Borussia Dortmund) and Samuel Chukwueze (Villarreal FC) under Roc Nation Sports International representation.

"I'm incredibly excited to join the Roc Nation family," Msdossary said. "As I've gotten to know guys like Kevin De Bruyne and Jerome Boateng, it became immediately apparent that Roc Nation stands for everything I believe in -- a passion for greatness and a constant pursuit of success.

"Being a part of a roster that includes some of the best footballers and athletes in the world is very special to me."

Roc Nation's clients include New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley, Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley and Brooklyn Nets stars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.

Roc Nation Sports was founded by Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter in 2013.
