Sources: Origen acquire Vitality's Jactroll to replace Destiny
Origen have acquired Team Vitality support Jakub "Jactroll" Skurzyński, who will become the team's new starting support, league sources told ESPN.
Jactroll's first games with Origen will be in Week 5 on Friday and Saturday against Misfits Gaming and G2 Esports. He will replace Mitchell "Destiny" Shaw.
Team Vitality and Origen did not immediately reply to requests for comment.
Australia-born Destiny became the first Oceanic player to compete in the League of Legends European Championship after Origen signed him in November. Destiny was highly criticized in the spring split, but has, according to many analysts, improved in the summer. Origen, though, are currently 4-5 in the League European Championship split.
Origen acquire Jactroll after he was benched by Vitality in the spring in favor of Academy support Pierre "Steeelback" Medjaldi. For the summer, Vitality bought out Berlin International Gaming support Labros "Labrov" Papoutsakis, who has competed with the team for the entirety of June and July.
Jactroll's tenure with Vitality lasted nearly three seasons. He first joined the team in the 2017-18 offseason, debuting in January 2018 against H2K Gaming.
