G2 Esports bot laner Luka "Perkz" Perkovic announced via Twitter on Tuesday that he will be returning to action for G2 this coming weekend in the League of Legends European Championship.
"Time to get back to my lane kingdom," Perkz said on Twitter, confirming his return from a brief hiatus from play.
The AD carry took off Week 4 of the LEC to be with his family in Croatia after his father died due to cancer. Last weekend was a bye week in the LEC, and Week 5 will get underway on Friday.

G2, the reigning LEC spring split champions, are currently tied for third in the league with a 5-4 record at the midway point of the summer split. G2 went 1-1 in Week 4 with substitute AD carry Kristoffer "P1noy" Albao Lund Pedersen. The team beat Misfits before falling to Excel Esports.
Perkz has been a key cog for G2 prior to his absence, with a 5.0 KDA (kills/deaths/assists) and a plus-266 experience differential after 10 minutes in the LEC this split. Perkz also leads the LEC in Creep Score per minute with 10.5.
