Travis Kelce was the first tight end drafted in ESPN Fantasy Football leagues last year, with an average draft position of 17.2. In some leagues, he was selected at the end of the first round. After another great season in 2019 and with the Kansas City Chiefs' offense expected to be dynamic once again, where should Kelce be taken this year?
